Best Art & Design Chrome extensions

What the Art & Design category looks like

Art & Design is small and image-download-dominated — the two biggest listings are both bulk image grabbers, and the top ten hold about 7 in 10 of users — but it has the highest typical install count of any category, meaning the listings that exist are genuinely used. There is no deep bench of editors, so the gap is real design tooling (a lightweight editor, an inspiration or colour tool) rather than another downloader. Quality is rewarded: the usable tier rates well.
