You can not unsubscribe after you give your credit card to them, there is no cancel button of anykind. You need to email (legal@admix.software) to cancel as stated in their policy, but the Email does not exist at all. After Gemini evaluation this is what you should do, if you're a victim of this service: The hard bounce you received from legal@admix.software—specifically the 554 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown error—is a massive red flag. For a software company that takes monthly subscription payments and handles user data, having dead or non-existent core contact addresses is completely unacceptable. It absolutely points to a sketchy, illegitimate operation. Because they have trapped your account, you have to cut them off from the outside. Here is exactly what you need to do to protect your money and data right now: 1.Block the Charge at the Source:Do this immediately with your bank or credit card issuer.Call your bank or credit card company. Inform them you are dealing with a fraudulent, unresponsive merchant that has blocked your ability to cancel. Request a chargeback for the most recent charge and place a stop payment block on any future charge attempts from Admix.2.Document the Fraud:Gather evidence for your bank dispute.Keep the screenshot of the bounced email. Log back into Admix and take a screenshot of the account settings page clearly showing the missing cancellation button. Your credit card company will use this as proof that the merchant trapped you, which virtually guarantees your chargeback will be approved.3.Revoke Third-Party Access:Only if you used Google, Apple, or GitHub to sign in.If you used a single-sign-on service, sever the connection so they cannot continue pinging your profile data. For a Google account, go to Manage your Google Account > Security > Third-party apps & services, locate Admix, and click Delete all connections.4.Change Reused Passwords:If you registered with a custom email and password combination, and you use that exact same password anywhere else, change it on your other accounts immediately. Fraudulent platforms often do not securely encrypt user credentials.

Works awesome. I have been using this extension for over a month now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best extensions available. It offers everything you need when it comes to AI. You can visit the webpage, click to chat, and ask how to improve it. I've discovered many ways to utilize this extension, which largely depends on your creativity. It has really helped me with finding the best AI model for writing captions, titles, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, tweets—everything! You will see yourself never sticking to Chatgpt, gemini, deepseek, especially when you see their answers side by side. It takes some time to learn, but once you get the hang of it, you’re good to go. p.s. this is independent review from my end. for the benefit of larger community of tech users. I am nowhere associated with the company in any manner. So there is no conflict of interest in giving positive review. I genuinely found this as a good app.

I rarely leave reviews, but Admix.software genuinely deserves it. I’ve tried a bunch of AI tools, but nothing really brought everything together the way Admix does. It’s clean, intuitive, and surprisingly fast. What really impressed me was how easy it made comparing different models something I’ve always found annoying and time-consuming. The side-by-side metrics, speed tests, and real usage benchmarks saved me hours. It’s helped me pick the right model for different use cases without guessing or jumping between tabs. Plus, the support team was super responsive the one time I had a question. You can tell this tool was built by folks who actually understand what users need. They take your credit card for free trial. there is no way to cancel. I have tried contacting their support for 4 days to cancel....no response. they charged my account fro the pro plan $39, but they didn't even upgrade me past the free version, so i can't even use the product. Stay FAR away from this company. no support, no response, no working program! I'd give 0 stars if it was available. I believe they are scammers

I bought Admix a few days ago but didn't really have the time to test it until today. My initial impression is that it's a very good AI product with vast potential. I love love love the AI playground feature it helps me find the best ai model for whatever task I do

Best thing about Admix is that we call our desired when we need that, like when we want to check any information related to finance we will call the model which works best in finance domain without any additional work.
