downloaded this extension to see guest reviews left for others. Ive followed the instructions to the letter but it doesn't seem to be working unfortunately - so an hour of wasted time there.

Really great extension for Airbnb hosts. Super useful insights, and the support + updates are really fast. Definitely worth pairing with Rankbreeze if you’re using Airbnb. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic App - very useful to see what kind of reviews guests have written for other hosts

Not working, can you please update?

Very happy to have discovered this app! Being able to view guests past reviews is invaluable these days and the results are instant. Appreciate being able to access listing data for my competitors but have already used up my quota for this month. Small time host so don't want to upgrade to the paying version but still nice to have nevertheless. Just wondering if you were completely separate from Airbnb or if you have vested interests in the company?

This one is great. They always keep an eye on fresh Airbnb updates (I think they even probably know it better than Airbnb staff haha). Give my best wishes to the team! Also, while this is a stand-alone experience, I find the combo with Rankbreeze way too powerful to not use.

Customer support is very helpful. The tool works well and is very useful. They do have a challenge with synchronizing their releases with Airbnb - right now Airbnb has a habit of breaking the functionality in AirReview when Airbnb introduces changes. Not really AirReview's fault - Airbnb has to do a better job of coordinating with the 3rd-parties in their community.

Stopped working for a day or two, probably as Airbnb surprised us all with new app features that disable AirReview. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the AirReview developers working so hard and so quickly to adjust their app to keep up with changes. Keep up the good work - lots of love for the app.

Viewing guest reviews worked for a few days and now no longer functions.

Guest review of host is not working again. I have the most recent version and it doesn't even show on the test review for Abby.

Thank you so much for the hard work to the team! The review function is priceless. Just waiting for the extension to work again after the huge UI update by airbnb.

This is a perfect tool to get insights into guests reviews and have a global overwies of monthy income. While it does sometimes break (when airbnb decides to update their website) support usually fixes it in a day or two.
