As already mentioned, this breaks the Split Tab feature. It also breaks tab grouping — after every Chrome restart, all pages except one are removed from the group.

I used this for two or three weeks and felt like it was a five star extension. But then two or three weeks later, my Split Tab feature suddenly stopped working and this extension was the cause of it. This extension hasn't been updated in over a year, so I doubt that the developer will fix it anytime soon. I guess that I will need to look for another extension

Unfortunately, this causes a bug with Chrome's new split tab feature, which means split view only works on the last tab. Disabling this extension will make split view work on all tabs. Please fix this bug.

No options page - you can't set anything.

Does what it's supposed to, isn't affected by the Chrome extension purge. However small the audience for this is, this is appreciated, thank you dev.

Perfect as at time of review and does exactly what I need ie. open new tabs to the far right. Was using a similar ext, SimpleTabOrder but it may be disabled soon due to it not being Manifest v3. This ext is a perfect alternative.

It does more or less what it says on the tin. It moves newly opened tabs to the far right of the tab bar. What the extension unfortunately also does is disturb the functionality of tab groups. While you are browsing everything works fine and you can normally group your tabs, but if you close the browser and restart it a while later, all those tabs are ungrouped again and to the left of the group banner.1 I work with tab groups a lot, and this issue makes the extension virtually unusable to me.

Works fine and simply good, however I suggest adding an optional settings as well, so that when a link is clicked inside a tab to another web page, again the tab is moved to the far right side of all tabs. This helps the person keep the chronological order of the opened pages. But notice some delicate issues if you want to implement it, such as single page applications and also URI fragments that do not have to change the tab's order. Thank you very much for this extension.

Does exactly what it says. I have no idea why this isn't the default behaviour let alone why there's no built-in way to choose this. I wish I had known this existed ages ago.
