I purchased Automagical Forms in October 2025 for approximately $260 with the expectation that it would convert documents and PDFs into Google Forms as advertised. Unfortunately, I experienced problems almost immediately after purchasing it because the extension did not function properly from the beginning. I repeatedly contacted the company and requested assistance and even asked for a refund because I was unable to use the product as intended. After approximately three weeks and multiple emails, I was finally able to begin using it. I was then able to use the product from roughly November through April. Now the extension has stopped functioning completely and only generates errors when I attempt to use it. What has become even more frustrating is that it has become nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone for support. In the past, I at least received occasional responses from the company, but now every time I attempt to send an email, I receive errors and my messages are returned. At this point, it appears that I cannot even reach anyone regarding support for a product I paid a significant amount of money for. The most disappointing part of this experience has not only been the ongoing technical problems, but also the inability to obtain assistance or support after purchase. I have documentation and prior emails showing that these issues began immediately after purchase and have continued over time. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this product at this time.

Superb! I live in my inbox, and this tool makes follow-ups effortless. What would normally take a few hours a week now takes seconds. The monthly allowance is generous, initial setup takes a few minutes, and the menus are intuitive and simple to navigate. Love it

Such a mental savior! The Automagical Nudge has lightened my daily calendar and the worry I might "forget" to follow up. A tremendous tool to add to my day!

Love, love, love Automagical Nudge. Besides making my follow-up life easier and increasing my buy rate, the service has been outstanding. Any challenge I've had has been addressed immediately, and the company representatives have stayed with me until completion. This also includes how quickly they respond when I'm faced with a problem. I'm 100% satisfied and highly recommend this platform and company to all.

First I pay then it doesn't work. Then it still doesn't work and the developer wants $125 to send my outstanding nudges. Then when I complained he cancelled my account without notice. Not a good businessman. Basically a scam to get you to pay hundreds for what a AI or other software can do easily.

Been using it for follow ups after sales calls and has been AMAZING. Highly recommend, don't know how I got by without it for so long

Literally life changing. NOT having this tool has cost our small business well over $100,000 this last year alone. These last few weeks using automagical nudges in all of my partnership communications have been absolutely incredible. We'll now be able to land more partners, coordinate faster, and launch successful promotions without the details falling through the cracks. I cannot recommend this tool enough. It is worth every penny and more!

Automagical Nudge is the caffeine shot my follow-ups always needed—perky, persistent, and impossible to ignore. Suddenly, I’m the organized one in the conversation..
