Thankfully we've found this extension. Before we were sending Dialpad messages one by one... this has been a huge time saver.

I love I can text so fast in combination with GV. This app is a real time saver. Amazing!! On the other hand, I am uploading a csv document with a message written by me, and sending it to several students. The text features such as any icons I wrote in word, and typed into my csv such as ✅, it appears in the message as ??. How can I text icons? and normal text features such " ", they all appear as ??. For now I am reviewing my wording, and restraining myself from features I normally text. I love I can text several separated lines with return, to make it more clear for my 6th students and parents. Update: I received a response from BT Pro, I appreciate your response and your concern so much. Brittany explained so well that the special characters/icons I am embedding from Word into Excel aren't translating cleanly into the CSV format that BT Pro reads causing those '???' characters. I am so thankful they're trying to find a solution to my problem.
