I've used it multiple times per day since the app is available. It is great to see the health scores of customers within Gmail (I'm using Gmail for emailing customers). The app itself is a sidebar that contains information of the customer from Custify as example health score, summary of the last customer interaction and ratings. I recommend this app for everyone using Custify.

Absolutely loving it! It helped me saving so much time, from getting me a comprehensive customers view, without needing to switch tabs and having to log in to multiple tabs. Very helpful as well when writing emails to the customers and having their most relevant data as a sidekick.

Been only using this extension for a couple of days and it already saved me more time than I would have imagined. I have access to all my customer data while using my ticketing solution and solving the tickets. It's also good as now I can respond to emails from Gmail while having all the relevant customer data in one place. Highly recommend trying it out, an actual game changer.

I use it every day multible times - very helpful to see health scores of customers when I'm in context of our CRM or within Gmail, which we use for emailing. The plugin presents itself as a sidebar, which contains the summary of the customer: their health, the status of their customer journey, a summary of the last CSM touchpoints / ratings, and any other attribute like the renewal date, the revenue and more.
