The thing that makes this work is that it's on the new tab — no separate app to remember, no pinned tab. Everything runs locally with no account, so it was usable thirty seconds after install. What sold me is that it goes beyond a to-do list: meetings, per-person notes, standup, and a weekly review are all in one place, which covers how work actually happens instead of just what needs doing. Sync is optional and paid, but the free version isn't a stub — it's the whole thing, on-device.
