Im a deal sourcer and I've tried most of the tools out there. This one runs right on the listing page, Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, no copying numbers into a spreadsheet. I checked its starting offer figures against my own past deals and they lined up closely. Being able to pull the whole appraisal straight into a deal pack has saved me hours. The one thing I wanted improved was understanding exactly how each figure was calculated, as a sourcer you need to pass those numbers to your investor with confidence. That's sorted in v1.2. This would be worth paying for. The fact it's free is a bonus. Worth installing if you invest or source.
