I love getting workout tips in my browser! It gives me something new to try the next time I'm at the gym! 💪🏼

The Exercise extension has been a great addition to my fitness journey, particularly with my glute workouts. Before using the app, I struggled with exercise consistency, but now my mindset towards fitness has completely shifted. I love the reminder exercises like dumbbell deadlifts, hip thrusts, and step-ups for glute training during the day when I’m already on the computer for work. Its detailed instructions have made it convenient to learn while I’m online all day. It’s really helped to boost my mood during the day each time I open a new tab.
