It was updated in the last two weeks. A fresh update can fix a problem, or occasionally cause one.
Common fixes: make sure Chrome and the extension are up to date, turn the extension off and on in chrome://extensions, reload the page, and try with other extensions turned off in case two of them clash. If it still fails, contact the maker from its store page, or try one of the alternatives.

I believe some of the negative reviews are from people behind VPNs. I had the same error others have said, and when I disabled my VPN, the extension worked great. I like the variety of export types, but I'd love to see it export as Word format natively. I wrote a script to convert the Markdown export into Word, however I know that's not an option for most users.

I needed a simple way to keep some of my Copilot conversations and this turned out to be exactly that. No complicated setup, just export the chat when I need it and move on. The pdf is clean enough to actually use later. nice !

Will only export 217 pages out of longer chats.
It could do with being able to pick how far into the chat to export to take account of these limitations

I really needed this to work, as it seems Microsoft is too poor or busy to create an exporter for their AI in their browser! Sheesh. Anyway, I spent an hour trying to get this extension to work in Win 10, in Edge. The exporter button never showed up on chat page (I tried a couple). It just keeps saying "Unable to connect to page. Please refresh...." I've contacted dev via email. Maybe he can fix it.

Since it is not actively scrolling the Copilot it does not have access to all the data and the export is therefore lacking.

Does not actually work. just gives the error "could not connect to page, please refresh' no matter how many times I refreshed. Also severely limited and a really really expensive monthly fee for what it (claims) to do.

Does not work with Copilot. It will export a tiny fraction of the entire chat, but certainly not the entire chat. I have a quite lengthy chat I need to export and really hoped this would do the job, but I only get the last few msgs back and forth rather than the entire chat.
