I've been using this while working long hours in front of my computer, and it's surprisingly useful. The break reminders are gentle without being annoying, and the 20-20-20 timer has actually helped me remember to look away from the screen instead of working for hours nonstop. I also like that you can customize your own eye-care routines instead of being locked into a fixed schedule. The calendar tracking is a nice touch because it keeps me accountable and makes it easy to see whether I'm actually taking breaks. The extension is lightweight, easy to use, and fits naturally into my daily workflow. If you spend most of your day coding, studying, designing, or working in front of a monitor, this is definitely worth trying.
