Firki basically extract all the keyword from job description, make a boolean search and presents user with final search results, it basically acts as a EA to recruiters to make the search ready and then recruiters can choose and put main energy on shortlisting quality candidates. It's a productive tool which is accurate and gives the desired results. Good thoughtful result oriented no-nonsense tool, just delivers what is needed in time. Owners are also looking to integrate it with ERP and outlook which will make this tool even more amazing and handy, wishing them good luck!!

I’m genuinely impressed with how effortlessly this tool streamlines my sourcing process. It automatically extracts job descriptions directly from emails, analyzes them with AI to identify the most relevant skills, and then generates incredibly accurate Boolean search strings. The best part? These Boolean strings work seamlessly on LinkedIn and surface high‑quality candidates almost instantly. It has significantly reduced my manual effort and saved me a tremendous amount of time — truly a game‑changer for faster and smarter talent sourcing!
