On initial install, it did not have my business type (Real Estate), a big oversight. Then, it would not let me mouse over "Other Business Types" in the required Business Type field. Poor design. Does not bode well. Removed app. Oh well.

I have 4 different calendars connected with the ability to block out time for personal appointments (and not publicly seen details), sync it to my phone, as well as all the other great features this program supplies for the client who can pick their personalized consultation. Love this tool!

Frederick is awesome!!! In fact, I dropped my other scheduler because it's offerings don't even come close to Frederick. I LOVE the email reminders and easy interface. Taking myself out of the booking process has been a godsend. Customer service is top notch too. Trust me, you won't want to use another service after this one!

I love this app. It is very user friendly and the customer service is awesome. I can email a question thinking it will be considered too trivial for a response. Not only is the response quick, usually within a few short hours, but it is a very cordial response. I would recommend this to everyone. There have been features that I needed and they were so quick to add those features and have been working on others. If there isn't something available, they explain why it isn't available at this time. I have loved this and hope it continues to be as awesome for me as it has so far.

It is rare that I ever leave a rating for a developer, and I believe that this is the reason why. Because when I find a reason why to leave a five star rating I want it to be satisfying to do so and mean something. This app is very easy to use for me and for the people that need to stop by to book an appointment. Does exactly what I need it to do. Great with Google Calendar. But what stands out the most? The customer service that I have received. I emailed a question thinking that I was not going to receive an answer until next week sometime. Instead I got an answer within an hour, and not to long there after the minor problem was resolved. Thanks... I really hope that a lot more people start to notice this app. It is a great app.
