I am new to Group Convert having it for only 3 months, but in that time I have found it incredible helpful and useful - AND a big time-saver - for my group and capturing emails. Several of course are dummy emails people give but it is easy to weed them out. The main thing is I no longer have to pay a VA to go through each individual request, copy/paste into a csv file and then import into my CRM. Group Convert does it all, especially with an upgrade program they offer. I have had a couple issues in the first month but the team with GC and even Kim herself have been very quick to respond and the problems solved quickly. Maybe the other issues were in 2025 but in April 2026 it is a terrific tool, and I look forward to being more active in the GC community

it works until it doesn't. Doesn't automate anything when it comes to messages and allowing members into my group. Also reached out to join the challenge many times and get no answer through FB messenger. Looking for another solution.

Intrusive. It keeps popping up over my other browsers, I can't login, and if I do it just disappears and pops up again over all other tabs. I can't delete it either, because if I do it pops back up. I've tried deleting the extension. I don't know about it's usefulness but it's increadibly annoying and intrusive of an app activity

The tool does not work for Facebook moderators, and there is no simple or clear way to cancel the free trial or request a refund. On top of that, it seems like the owner is no longer actively running the business. I am disappointed with the entire experience.

When it works it's fantastic but quite glitchy.

Michael is very patient and helpful. The learning curve of setting up the funnel has been very challenging. I don't know how I would have moved through the roadblocks without his assistance.

I had a call with Michael Merase and he was wonderful with helping me fix an issue I couldn't figure out (a user error on my end). He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and had everything fixed for me quickly. I recommend this service and wonderful support. Thank you very much again!

Initially had difficulty logging in. Kim introduced me to Michael from her support team. I've rarely experienced the level of caring and support he gave, Knowledgeable, caring, patient, and most importantly got me fixed up in a very short time. Highly recommend!
