When I first started using iGive in 2018 it seemed to be a great way people could share a little something towards my non-profit. However, that didn't last long. I think there was maybe a year where it seemed to work well. I haven't been able to connect with anyone about it, and there haven't been any contributions to the non-profit in at least 5 years despite knowing the plugin was used correctly. There weren't many using it for my non-profit, just a few. Unfortunately, I can't leave a good review mostly because I could never reach anyone at iGive for help to see how to remedy the situation. It is such a great idea, but not recommended at this time.

Even though an online search says iGive has a phone number to call, clicking on that information takes you ONLY to a form you have to fill out and submit with your question or concern. I have done about 6 so far with NO response at all!!! I am a user of iGive but get no acknowledgement of my transactions. Worse yet, my cause has not received a donation payment in months!!!!! If iGive is reading comments.........please respond!!! I do the newsletter for my club and will stop asking members to use iGive if there is no benefit for our non-profit!!!!

I REALLY dislike that it replaces the page I see when opening a new tab. This is so inconvenient that I have now disabled the iGive button (a Chrome extension). Then when I am shopping online I forget to turn it on so many purchases that could be supporting my cause are not. Please change this!

Good idea and app, but it's a CPU hog.

Igive helps me support the shelter I adopted my dog from.

The dog rescue I foster for uses iGive. Having this app to automatically tell me when I'm visiting & buying from a store that works with iGive is awesomely convenient for me, & hugely beneficial for the rescue.

There are so many stores to choose from! And every purchase raises money for B.R.A.I.N. which helps so many people who suffer from traumatic brain injuries.

iGive button has disappeared after working for years...my causes have lost a lot in charitable donations! Won't reinstall now. Nothing has changed on my end. Very frustrating.

It might be good if I could find the button. Unless it is hidden somewhere

This is a great way to support a cause but it suddenly disappeared today. What happened???
