Insite has changed how I capture ideas while browsing. Instead of losing half formed thoughts across a dozen open tabs, I can drop them right onto the page I found them on and actually come back to them later. The Later and Done layers make it easy to tell what is still active versus what I am finished with, and pinning plus hashtags help me group related thoughts before pulling them into one place. It does not try to organize everything for you, it just gives you space to think first. Exactly what I needed as a student juggling research across too many tabs.

Insite is a genuinely useful tool for capturing thoughts while you work without breaking your flow. What I liked most is that each thought stays connected to the page where it happened, which makes it much easier to come back later and remember the context behind an idea or decision. The interface is simple, and the product feels focused instead of trying to become another complicated productivity app. After using it over several weeks, I found the search, thought capture, and page context especially useful. insite solved a problem I didn't even knew existed for me, until i started using it in my daily routine. What started as a requirement for internship program (using the platform), turned out to be the best decision I made. By integrating insite in my workflow, now I can easily reference thoughts without any issues. The best thing I like is its seamless integration with browsers (Edge, Chrome) over any webpage. I initially thought of insite as another productivity tool. After using it, I realized that it is trying to solve a different problem. Most productivity tools focus on task management. Insite focuses on thought management. One thing I appreciated is that it encourages capturing the *reason* behind information rather than simply storing it. That changes bookmarking and note-taking from collecting information to developing ideas. I also think the product is tackling a genuine challenge that many knowledge workers face: digital overload. If you're looking for another traditional note-taking app, this probably isn't it. If you're interested in thinking more clearly while you browse and research, it's one of the best product worth trying.

After using Insite for a few weeks , I wish I had found it sooner. It fits into my workflow so naturally that it almost feels like something I should’ve been using for years. It’s quick, and it doesn’t interrupt whatever I’m doing. Now that I actually understand how it works and how versatile it is, I can see myself making full use of it going forward not just for internships, but for studying, planning, and keeping track of my thoughts day‑to‑day. It is an extension that has replaced generic notepad applications and has saved me valuable time already

I’ve been using insite for a while now, and what makes it different for me is that it doesn’t feel like a traditional note-taking app. It feels much more lightweight and natural. Insite feels different from typical note-taking apps. I like how it lets me capture thoughts directly while browsing instead of switching tools. What I like about Insite honestly is that it captures thoughts at the moment they occur and keeps them attached to where they came from. When I return to them later, the context is still there and the thinking can continue. It helps capture small but important thoughts right away, with the confidence that they’ll be easy to access later when needed not just stored, but actually useful. And because these thoughts can be shared within teams, it supports collaborative thinking without creating distractions.

Really helpful, but could feel smoother sometimes I’ve been using Insite a lot for saving quick ideas and notes while reading online, and it’s genuinely useful for keeping thoughts organised in one place. The layout could use some improvement — sometimes the sidebar feels a bit congested or fixed in place, and it can cover parts of a webpage or article I’m trying to read. If the extension could be moved around or minimised more easily, it’d feel a lot lighter to use. Still it’s one of the most practical note tools I’ve tried so far!
