This tool started off well. Lately InTouch has not sent any of my invitations but has deleted the names from my list. At one point, InTouch support fixed the problem and was responsive. Now the problems have resurfaced and it has been over a month since I have heard from them. This gives the impression that they may not be a viable company that supports their product for much longer. Given that every day I have a limited number of invites I can send out, and for the last few weeks, I have only been able to send about 20, I would say InTouch owes me money, or needs to fix their problems and figure out a way to make up for the 100s of invitations I have been unable to make during these lost weeks.

For the connections work nicely but the messages are not being sent which is kind of the whole point

used to work great but I came back after a few months and now it does not send a note with messages, it misses the button also they don't let you cancel so make sure to use a virtual card you can cancel!

i am not able to send inmail messages and neither the tool is sending connections. kindly let me know what to do. I have connected the support its been 2 days no reply.

I Love this tool! Not only does this save me time and money, I receive so many more comments and replies than when I had my team helping me do the same thing. Chrome better keep this valuable tool.
