They tell you there is a fee of $1.00. Then you're charged $60.00 and receive no answer

they are seriously in the business of dishonestly. $1 for a question ended up being a $32 charge membership fee. be up front about the fee prior to charging it. i said okay to the $1 charge and the screen scrolled right past the additional charge as "waiting to set me up with a vet". that is just wrong. sorry others don't see this as being an issue but I do.

I had a few questions to the doctors because my uncle feels not been well for a while. This tool was very easy to use. I had a chance to request an expert from the google page and get a reply. I am happy because I was able to ask questions to different doctors and was sure that I can take the best decision. For me, it works much better than just google because I talk with real professionals, and don't do medical research between articles from fancy bloggers without the right education. I keep extension on my browser because it's easy to find next time, it works for me because it saves my time. The extension is free because I have a membership, and it's a very low cost compared with other online services, checked.

I am sure that this company has some very qualified and helpful experts to assist you with questions. However, I was outraged when I was originally told that the questions are $2.00. Fair enough. What they don't tell you is about the $66.00 monthly membership that is automatically charged to you when you ask your question. They tell you the information is on their website but who goes digging through the find print when you're in the middle of a text chat with their "expert", who I should mention merely told me exactly what I already knew and had no idea what features I would have access to for my account until it was unlocked. I will say two good things about the company. One, the customer service rep was VERY patient and courteous, as I was furious at first. Kudos to her. Secondly, after I mentioned that I would cancel the charge and dispute it, they refunded the $66.00. I was actually surprised and I am giving them kudos as well for being honorable enough to at least refund the cash. I still think $66.00/month is a LOT of money to simply have an expert to talk to IF YOU HAPPEN to need one, but if you got cash to burn....

How amazing is this tool? One step beyond Google it actually connects me with a person that can provide an answer to my question.

This extension app is really cool. When I am searching for in depth answers, it connects me to a real expert who can answer my question. It helped me in tax filing a few times and saved me time and money.

Amazing and helpful. It's like having 1000 experts ready to assist me. I already pay for the membership, so now I get to take full advantage of the opportunity!

JustAnswer works great when Googling just isn't enough. You can find ANYTHING on Google, and that is kind of the problem, you're just as likely to get bad information as you are good information. Speaking to a subject-matter Expert gives added assurance that you can't get any other way.

Totally love the reminder that I can use this great service to find experts to answer my questions instead of spending hours searching the internet and not really being certain that the answers I've found are the best solutions to my problems. This way I KNOW I'm getting answers from vetted experts.

I love this app. Let's face it -- Google works great for some things and sucks at other things. That's where JustAnswer comes in. This app gives you access to a real live Lawyer or Mechanic or Doctor or Veterinarian or whatever, instead of making you figure it all out on your own.

I've used JustAnswer for several things since the pandemic hit....second opinion on a couple of medical issues, a legal issue, a couple of computer issues. Well worth the investment. Next, I'm going to put up a few appraisal questions since my mom passed. The extension makes it really easy to use. Sure, it might take a bit to get an answer but what I liked is that no one just took my questions when they weren't sure of the answer...I got a QUALIFIED professional response. Very happy!
