I do not like that you cannot talk to someone live. I get lost of messages to do this or that but no resolve. The program would be my best friend if it worked. It doesn't remove or mark listing as sold on other platforms. It does not list an item even though it shows this item listing when I Cross post. I could go on and on.... but what I need is a person at My List Perfectly to call me.

The Pro Plus Plan has completely transformed how I run my reselling business. Having access to every feature means I can focus on selling instead of worrying about limitations or upgrades. The AI Listing Assistant is a standout—it saves me hours creating and optimizing listings. Combined with PhotoRoom background removals and advanced photo editing, my listings are faster to produce and look more professional. Automation tools like Auto Delist and Issue Finder have taken the stress out of managing inventory across marketplaces. With the sales dashboard, SKU generator, and pick list, staying on top of sales and inventory is simple and efficient. Sub accounts have been another huge benefit, letting me give assistants secure logins with controlled permissions so collaboration is smooth without sacrificing control. And the Poshmark automation features—sharing, auto offers, and follow backs—have eliminated so much busywork. Because Pro Plus saves me so much time, I’m able to balance my full-time job while successfully running my reselling business on the side. It keeps everything organized, efficient, and manageable in a way I couldn’t imagine before.

I have been using List Perfectly for a few years and love it. They are always adding new features and they listen to their customers when it comes to adding new features. I like the fact that it is so flexible and customizable because it can be used by anyone using any business model (and if you change your business model, LP can easily conform to that). Their customer service is also top notch. Always responsive and helpful (and patient, thank goodness!). Another great thing is that it offers unlimited crossposting, importing, etc. They don't charge extra depending on the number of listings you want to create, store or move.

I have been using List Perfectly for about a month now and it has been a great tool to add to my business. I know I can be a real pain in the you-know-what, but the List Perfectly team helped me every step of the way.

TOo many technical issues. I'm hoping to switch platforms once I get all my listings cleaned up in this app. Consistency is key and List Perfectly could be really great but it is inconsistent and costing me way too much time in my day.

I hate to have to rate this so low but I also continue to have a myriad of technical issues that go unaddressed or the problem is blamed on me. I am highly competent with technology and the mischaracterization of the continued technical issues seems to be a way of avoiding the actual problems. For example, the connections to marketplaces disconnects constantly and although I have completed every step they suggest to fix the issue, the problem persists. For as much as I pay a month, the software should work smoothly without hiccups and glitches constantly.

This is so much more than just cross posting to many platforms. It also helps with my finances and gives me snapshots of how I am doing across them all. I love that my listings never disappear as well as how easy it is to mark things sold as they sell. I usually have on of a kind items so it is important for it to be easy for me to end listings if they sell elsewhere. There are bugs that crop up now and then. With any listing platform this would be true because the selling sites are constantly updating and making things work differently, even if we do not see the changes, so a bug has to crop up for them to know to fix it. The customer service is good, the tech support is good, they can even have you submit screen recordings easily so they can see the issue in action. My only complaint, is, if bugs do crop up and you are not able to use the system very well until they are fixed they do not offer any type of refund or partial refund for that month. I went two weeks without being able to use it normally which added a lot of time and me getting less listed and while I got tech support, they only ended up saying they will keep an eye on it and try to get a fix in when they figure it out. I still had to pay my full month that month even though it did not do me much good. Other than that, this is outstanding, I have used several services and this is by far the best. The image editor they have far outshines their competitors as well. Two things for my wish list, 1. I would suggest them more using their affiliate program but it only pays out through Paypal (YUCK) I would never use that service for my money. 2. I wish when something sold it would auto-delist. I know that is a tall order, but I can wish. All and all, great job to the LP team!

I normally love this extension and this company. However, I've been having some technical issues lately and have attempted to seek advice and information from the company's Facebook Group (after opening a ticket directly was unhelpful), only to have my questions and comments deleted by the admins, presumably because they highlight some of the program's flaws and don't simply sing the company's praises. I do not like feeling like my hard-earned money is going to a company who will not only ignore me, but will actively erase any attempt I make at reaching out and getting help from other users or community members as well. This review reflects this frustration, and will remain up until someone from List Perfectly reaches out to me directly to help me resolve these issues in a more proactive and professional way.

List Perfectly (LP) is an innovative crosslisting tool for online sellers so they can crosspost directly to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, Tradesy, Kidizen, Shopify, Grailed, and Heroine simultaneously. You can do this either from the LP Catalog, or from marketplace-to-marketplace. This has saved me so much time and effort! I use the Pro Plan to get all the benefits which include: unlimited templates, unlimited crossposting, bulk crossposting, delist/relist, mark sold, Photoroom's background removal, visual measurements from Size.ly, inventory management and sales analytics. If you are serious about selling and want your listings to look professional without all the extra work, LP is a must-have to elevate you to the next level! REAL sellers created and designed this software extension because this is what the Seller Community needs to make their businesses more successful.

List Perfectly has developed a necessary and innovative tool. I love women owned companies, and the fact that they immediately strive to add features that the USERS request is insanely incomparable. They are the greatest invention in ecommerce since resale sites. So worth the subscription to invest in and expand your business to succeed!

FULL DISCLOSURE - I work for List Perfectly now, but only because I first fell in LOVE with it as a customer. I love it so much I joined the team! Here is my honest review from when I was just a customer and why I decided to take a job here: When I first discovered List Perfectly, I had roughly 1,000 items to list online and the process to do so felt beyond overwhelming. Not only would I have to photograph, and type details for over 1,000 items, I would have to do it roughly 3,000 times since I was listing on multiple platforms: Poshmark, Mercari, and eBay. I was quite literally sitting in a pile of clothes and my tears when I found List Perfectly. I timed it. I was listing 5 listings in the time it took me to list just 1. Literally saving 80% of the time. More than that, I was able to use the List Perfectly Templates to save even more time when listing the same category. I made unique templates for Shoes, Jeans, Jackets, Dresses, Athletic, and Tops which made listing even faster. Selling things should be every sellers dream but without List Perfectly it used to be a nightmare. Remembering to go "delist" listings on the other platforms after it had sold was something I couldn't keep up with and was damaging my reviews. Most recently List Perfectly added PhotoRoom and now I'm even able to remove my backgrounds as I list... to say I'm obsessed would be a huge understatement. I feel so lucky to have found this company and when I found out it was women owned I was even happier. Now I am so proud to be a part of this incredible company!
Why Contain It5 years ago
What a waste of time and money this turned out to be. First of all, I spent several days cross-posting over a thousand listings to LP. Then I spent several more days cross-posting from LP to various other platforms. Then I noticed that half of my listings had corrupted and pixelated images. Days of work, gone! Turns out the process of cross-posting to LP from my ebay store is when the images got corrupted. I'm not technically illiterate. I know when something is my fault and when it's not. This is a terrible extension and you're playing a game of chance by using it. Something like this should never happen, especially when I was paying $50/month. Which brings me to another point. What you get for $50/month is a joke. It does not cross-post most item specifics, unless you pay $70/month! You'll spend just as much time filling out item specifics as you would if you just paid for the $30/month plan. I'm just as fast manually cross-posting as long as I have my original photos. The only thing LP is good for is cross-posting old listings where you don't have the original photos. And they managed to screw that up and cost me days of work. Another LP selling point is their inventory system. If you want an inventory and profit spreadsheet that's connected to ebay's API, then there are options out there for $50/year. Save the money and save the headache.
