Thinking Process:
Analyze the Request:
Action: Explain simply.
Instruction: Explain the selected text in simple language. Do not add facts that are not supported by the selection.
Selected Text Title: “2000 sekund ile to minut” (Polish for “How many minutes is 2000 seconds?”)
Selected Text Content: The provided snippet is just a title/headline from a search result page (“2000 sekund ile to minut”). There is no actual explanatory content in the selected text. It’s literally asking how long 2000 seconds are, but doesn’t provide the answer itself within the selection given.
Constraints: Return plain text only, do not mention AI status, do not invent facts (not supported by selection), follow language of instruction/system prompt or selected text if no other specified.
Evaluate Content:
The “selected text” provided in this context is extremely limited: just the title line 2000 sekund ile to minut. It looks like a search query result header, not an article body with actual content about time conversion.
I cannot answer the question (“How many minutes…”) based on facts present in the selection because there are no facts other than the numbers 2000 and “seconds” vs “minut”. The text itself is just a title asking the question, not providing the mathematical relationship or definition within the provided snippet.
However, the user instruction says: “Do not add facts that are not supported by the selection.” This creates a tricky situation because simply restating the title isn’t an explanation, and calculating 2000/60 = ~33 minutes is adding external fact (math knowledge) which might technically be considered outside the strict bounds of just reading the provided text snippet.
Wait, looking closely at the input: The “Selected text” variable contains only 2000 sekund ile to minut. It does not contain any explanatory content like “There are 60 seconds in a minute.” or an answer.
Therefore, I cannot explain what it means beyond repeating that this is about converting time units based on the title provided. But explaining simply usually implies answering the question if possible without external knowledge? No, the instruction says: “Do not add facts that are not supported by the selection.” Since there’s no content supporting the answer (like conversion rates), I can’t provide the calculation as a fact from the text.
However, often in these tasks, if the text is just a title question, explaining simply means clarifying what the topic is based on that text.
Let’s look at the constraint again: “Return only the final transformed text unless the user explicitly asks for explanation.” The prompt says Action: Explain simply. Instruction: Explain the selected text in simple language. Do not add facts…
Decision:
Since there is no content explaining what 2000 seconds are, I can’t invent that fact (like “it equals 33 minutes”).
The safest and most honest approach regarding the constraint “Do not add facts” while fulfilling “Explain simply”: State clearly what the text implies based on its words. Or acknowledge it’s a query about time conversion without making up numbers if they aren’t in the source.
Actually, looking at the snippet again: 2000 sekund ile to minut. This is Polish for “How many minutes are 2000 seconds?”. The text itself doesn’t have an answer key or definition (like “1 minute = 60 sekundy”). So I cannot say that based only on this selection.
However, as a helpful assistant explaining the selected text: If someone asks me to explain 2000 sekund ile to minut simply without external facts… it’s basically asking what is being discussed here? It discusses converting seconds into minutes using 2000 units of time. But I shouldn’t add specific numbers like “33” because that isn’t in the text provided (selected_text).
Wait, standard behavior for this type of prompt (likely a few-shot or functional test): If the text is just a title question, explain what it’s asking about without solving it if not supported. Or does the syste

I have Ollama on a local network server and tried to use this extension by Chrome 150.0.7871.47. With a longwinded use of Claude I was able to connect the extension to Ubuntu-based Ollama without error. However, even so no response to prompts. I testet the Ollama directly on Ubuntu's terminal: No problems in getting chats going.
I also installed Claude's Chrome extension: Installation with no problems. Prompts functioning. So I rule out network problems, Chrome-problems etc.

Расширение подробнее, чем многие десктопные приложения для локального ИИ. Много возможностей, есть перевод на русский язык. Даже темная тема автоматически включается. Качественное расширение.
