The plugin works, to some extent. I have around 400 threads in a Perplexity account that I wanted to export. The plugin will do them one by one individually, and it'll export the same 20 over and over, but it will not select all, allow me to select specific threads, and will not export all of the threads, despite me paying for the premium version. The developers of the plugin will probably say something along the lines of "Perplexity updates its interface from time to time and that breaks the functionality of our plugin" or something similar. However, a quick notification when clicking the purchase button or on the purchase page of "we're aware of some changes, please bare with us while we work them out" would have been very helpful. This premium customer support is ruthless, unsupportive, and will challenge anything you say. Trust me, it didn't make me feel premium. The support response basically wanted me to troubleshoot their problem before they would provide a refund. They also ignored the other information I provided them in the initial conversation and provided me with a copy/paste script about trying other browsers, etc. As long as the plugin works, you're golden. They'll need to learn some better customer support. Until then (and a working plugin) this gets two stars.
