This gave me so much more confidence before I signed my lease. Easy to use and would highly recommend.

Super helpful. Searching Streeteasy can get overwhelming but having a quick and easy way of seeing real(and sometimes serious) issues with certain buildings helps give you a full picture of what you're renting

You absolutely need to use rent 311 before signing any NYC leases. It is so easy to use and gives you peace of mind about the landlords, people, neighborhood and area associated with your building of interest. Easy 5/5 stars!

Amazed this didn't exist before and so glad I found it. Cannot believe I rented multiple apartments and dealt with nightmare building/landlord scenarios without having a tool like this.
