it works on short chats or if used early on a longer chat (maybe...). but for 50$ for pro, this needs to work 99% of the time. longer chats do not properly back up. repeated attempts at backing up longer chats results in minimal to no progress or, worse, it creates new back up files which do not contain any new information. there is no way to merge different back up files and there's no way to specify a certain time frame to focus on for the back up. The latter of which would probably solve most of my issues alone (assuming it doesn't create a new back up again). TLDR: i can only recommend this for shorter chats. do NOT spend 50$ on this if they ever address these issues, i'll revisit, until then, you may avoid this

I have been looking for this!!!!!! I mean microsoft teams doesnt offer back ups. so this is really needed for many cases in corporate situations. worth it.

When it works it works. Still has issue with larger data sizes. (more than two weeks it stops pulling data) also for some reason meeting start and stop time stamps freak it out. (meaning if they're found it simple stops collecting team chats after them and only collects the timestamp for the meeting start and stops.) Pulling text only for me simply doesn't work. Also doesn't seem to include dates just times in backup. Sent a problem report via the app to you for awareness.

it was very useful when backing up long conversations including images and text. we transferred a business to another business and there seem not to be a native feature for this but it was good this app came around so i can backup easily. the version pro was very useful. recommended

The pdf is good (but of course it is an image?). The txt file only captures a little bit of the history – seems to stop when it gets to 15 kb file size for any chat. Any resolution please? Thanks for your great work by the way!

Unfortunatly for me it doesn't work. I click the backup button, the progress bar appears, but nothing happens. I checked the URL and it is using an authorized url for this extension, so that's not the problem: https://teams.microsoft.com/v2/ Looks promising though.
