This saves my brain everyday. I appreciate how quick the updates are considering how often zendesk breaks it with their updates AND this being an open source free tool :) That being said... they broke it again.. I did submit a request on GitHub so hopefully our king Matthew blesses us again

Works great! But Zendesk has had another update and the extension is no longer working. Would be great to get it working again but other than that, this is a great one!

This extension is honestly amazing when doing manual admin. Unfortunately with the new Unified Navigation update Zendesk have released in beta, it does not work. If you rely on this extension don't opt into this program. Hopefully the developer can update the extension to support this new UI in the future!

Give a nice little button for a 1-click-copy of the ticket number. Very good
