It works but it's frustrating to use. I bought the pro version so it's not limited to 100 matches. I'm only doing searches by year. But I have to run it over and over and over again for each year (using 99% match to only find actual duplicates) until it returns 0 groups. Most years I have to run it 8 or 10 times before it shows 0. It will find 160 groups, then 55 groups, then 120, etc etc. And each run takes awhile, both to scan and to delete so it's very time consuming. So far, each year of photos it has had to scan has between 1000 and 3000 photos and I've done about 10 years so far but I have 15 more years to go. In the end it's better than nothing because it is very accurate, the auto delete selection options are nice and I can let the scans go in the background instead of trying to do it manually.

Paid for the pro version, I wanted to love it but it's kind of ranking as better than nothing but could be better. The algorithm is kind of baffling in what it finds, I've tried adjusting the % similarity to make it better but couldn't hone it to work. Then, I've seen tools that better hones in on identifying the better of the bunch of photos. What it claims to be best is also kind of baffling at times.

I didn't expect this to work, but it scanned thousands of my photos and videos and actually identified the duplicates without crashing the computer. I tried to restrict it to a few hundred pictures I selected, and it seems to have scanned my entire library anyway, but since doing so didn't crash my computer, I'm okay with that.

Found no duplicates. I saw duplicate after duplicate after duplicate scroll by, but it flagged none. Paid almost $20 and it didn't find a single duplicate.

Highly recommended. The best tool that I find to remove double photos from Google Photo with real picture comparison and customized sorting tools. Scanned above 50,000 picture in a few hours.

Based on my prior experience with tools of this type, my expectations were set way too low. At this point, I have only used it one time to review one Google Photos album. It had about 1000 pictures in it. I had it set at 99% similarity. I knew it had absolute duplicates, owing to the problem of my single photos begin duplicated somewhere between my iPhone and the handoff to Google Photos. Except the duplicates always had a smaller file size. In my case, it found one 157 of these duplicates, and moved them safely to trash where I can recover them if something went askew. I haven't taken advantage of the more sophisticated features yet, but if I were to stop right now and just use it as I have it would be worth the money to me.

I bought the PRO version, but it seems like a joke what it finds. I'm sure there are over 80 identical pictures, including duplicates, but the search results are disappointing

not works, never come out of the 100 first for more so I could not see if it works

I originally bought the Pro version just to clean up a massive amount of duplicate photos caused by a device sync issue. But this tool does so much more. The similarity threshold features (95%, 90%, 85%, etc.) combined with the AI assist to find the best shot are absolute game-changers. What I love most is the flexibility: being able to set custom rules—like "keep the oldest photo"—makes managing a bloated library effortless. Honestly, I’m glad I paid for the extension. There is simply no alternative on the market that does this job so well. Highly recommended!

Works like magic. Paid for the Pro, though the free version works fine as well, but only for 100 results at the time. And I have a looooot of photos.
