I have a love-hate relationship with this extension. It is amazing for collecting emails from my FB group and importing them into my email software. That said, I have to check and make sure it's working correctly and uninstall/reinstall on a regular basis. I suspect this uninstall/reinstall issue is related to the updates in Facebook or Google Chrome code that requires the developer to tweak the GroupLeads to keep it working. At most, I think it has taken them 2 days to get things working again. The support is pretty responsive when I have reported issues.

Amazing app... does everything that i need in order to get my facebook contacts automatically into Klaviyo. I had a great and easy onboarding call with their team, they walked me step by step in setting up all of the integrations. Couldn't be happier.

After not understanding how to correctly set up Groupleads with FB and my CRM, Kit, I set a Zoom appt with customer service. Sneha, the rep, got it set up in the blink of an eye. She was an absolute delight to work with and saved me much frustration. I'm so excited to grow my group and send out my newsletters now. Thank you for adding this help feature!

Today I received help of 2 wonderful Group Leads workers. Sneha en Shekhar, thank you so much for solving the problem I had. Now everything works smoothly again. (Only the issue with the tag in the welcome post is pending. Hope to solve that soon also.) Give my regards to Jamiu. My name is Mieke Winnubst.

I use group leads to collect email addresses when members join my FB group. This has been a fantastic way to build a thriving email list on auto-pilot. Their plans are affordable, and their IT/customer service team is EXTREMELY helpful and readily available.

JD & Sneha worked together to solve a tech issue we had, they were very responsive and patient as we had a zoom call to figure it out. GroupLeads is a very useful tool for managing large Facebook groups.

We just started to use this product to collect the data for our new Facebook group so far everything has been good. It took about 4 hours to admit more then 3,500 members and it only took that long because of the Facebook parameters and not wanting to be blocked. Other then that, the team is very responsive and helped me with everything I needed help with.

I absolutely LOVE this extension!!! I've used others with so many glitches, and this one has been such smooth sailing in comparison! Also, I had trouble (user error), linking Group Leads to my Email Responder, and not only did they super easily set up a tech call straight away (mind blown they even offer this), but they solved it so quickly and easily! I'm honestly so impressed with the customer service, I'm now a raving fan! I've had so many problems with customer service from other companies, that this one has been a breath of fresh air! THANK YOU! I now have a super easy, automated set up for my group and emails now too wooooooo!!!! Best extension ever!!

I have hated using this. It isn't user friendly in any way. It has crashed so many times and I ahve wasted hours resetting it. I've finally given up and have currently spend 2 days backwards and forwards trying to cancel. It's too hard and I just want out! I'd like my money back ideally. Would never recommend to anyone!

I apologize for negative feedback caused by this Gmail extension. In its latest update, the icon has become oversized, overlapping with other extensions in gmail reply widndow. I am confronted with a straightforward decision: either remove this extension or forgo the other two extensions I require, which are obstructed by this prominently sized and user-unfriendly icon. In conclusion, if you rely on other extensions daily within your Gmail, it's advisable not to consider using this particular one.
