I like how Haiku turns a workflow into something I can share without stopping to take screenshots along the way. Having each click captured as a numbered step makes the finished guide easy to follow. The editing tools are handy when I need to reorder a step or add an annotation. Smart Blur is also reassuring when a workflow contains information that should not appear in a shared guide.

Creating standard operating procedures and training guides used to take up so much of my time between taking screenshots, cropping them, and writing out every single step. This tool makes the entire process effortless. I just turn it on, click through whatever workflow I'm doing, and it automatically generates a clear, numbered guide with screenshots of every action. It has made onboarding new team members and documenting our internal tools ten times faster. Seriously cuts down hours of tedious manual documentation work.

I tried Haiku while documenting a browser workflow and was impressed by how little effort it took. I could simply go through the process normally and end up with a guide that was already easy to follow. The screenshots make the instructions much clearer than a long written explanation, and being able to clean up or adjust steps afterward is a nice touch. It saves a lot of tedious documentation work.
