Was an admin for years before getting into actual development and honestly the hardest part was always just knowing what was going on in the instance at any given time. You end up with a million tabs open and you're still guessing. This extension just shows you. Open it up, there's your tasks, your API charts, system health: all right there. No setup. Caught a failing integration within like 15 mins of installing it that had probably been broken for months. UI is clean and fast, which sounds like a low bar but most ServiceNow tooling is not either of those things.

Me and my team absolutely love this chrome extension. My manager recommended it to us. I highly recommend it to anyone working in ServiceNow development. The UI/UX is super clean. The best part is probably the logging tab, it's much faster than ServiceNow's logs table. Uptime graphs are helpful too. 10/10.

Sourdough is a huge time saver for ServiceNow devs. It's the easiest way to check on the health of the instance, in one click. I've been using it each time I login to the platform, to make sure nothing broke overnight. I've been using this tool for about 4 months now, I'm just very satisfied with the results so far. Setup is instant, and it runs cleanly on the platform -it's honestly a lot faster than ServiceNow is for retrieving data from tables, logs, API checks, etc. Recommend to anyone working in ServiceNow for admin and development.

Didn’t expect to like this as much as I do. Installed it out of curiosity from a Reddit post and ended up keeping it. It surfaces a lot of stuff that normally takes digging, like failed outbound calls, weird performance spikes, CMDB gaps, etc. The big win for me is speed: instead of jumping between 5 tables and logs, it’s just… there. UI has gotten noticeably cleaner since launch too. Feels like it’s being actively built by someone who actually uses ServiceNow every day. I've got the rest of my team using this now. Easily the best Chrome Extension out there for the ServiceNow platform.

I've been working with Servicenow for 12 years, so I’ve seen a lot of tools come and go. I was hoping this one would make my admin and developer tasks easier, but I didn't find much that helped in my day-to-day work. The user interface feels a bit cluttered, with a lot of information squeezed into small windows, which makes it hard to use efficiently. Another concern is the level of permissions the plugin requests. That alone is a red flag in our security review process. While the risk of data loss might be low, it's still something I have to consider. My main suggestion would be to focus on improving the UI and aim to deliver features that add clear value to Servicenow admins and developers. Right now, many of the features seem unnecessary, especially since most of us wouldn’t leave the Servicenow UI just to use this plugin. In the end, I uninstalled the plugin after a few minutes. Hope this feedback helps you improve the tool. - VK

Really solid extension for ServiceNow admins. The dashboards and charts make it easy to spot issues before they become problems, and the Power Search saves me a ton of time. Setup is effortless, it just works right away. The environment switcher and dark mode are nice touches too. Definitely recommend if you spend your days in ServiceNow.

Sourdough is a beautiful and fast ServiceNow monitoring plugin. It's a game changer for ServiceNow development. I love the logging & developer tabs, we've got some performance issues (that we didn't even know about) that the Slow Queries section highlighted for us. Truly enjoying it so far.
