At the beginning, it seemed the tool was not working, so I clicked on the "Contact Support" link, which redirected me to a WhatsApp number. I wrote a question and sent an image explaining my problem. After some time, I was suggested to remove other similar extensions and try again. I did it, and the tool worked as expected. Thanks!

Predatory business practice. Lets you select all the chats you want to export first, to then tell you you have to pay. Doesn't disclose paid features beforehand.

Does not work well. Generated an empty PDF for me. Contacts phone numbers has wrong format - not readable.

No option to cancel the subscription is provided, and the developer does not respond. This appears to be fraudulent — I had to deactivate my credit card to stop the charges.

Perfect for exporting chats with records and photos in HTML format.

I wasted my money on this app. I needed to extract nearly 4,000 chats from my official WhatsApp Business account because I had some numbers saved that I didn't have. When I tried to extract them through the app, it only said it would extract 591 chats. When I tried to save these, it wouldn't work, even though I left my laptop overnight waiting for it to perform the action. It's definitely not what I expected.

Excellent team and support. The subscription is tied to the WhatsApp number logged in during purchase. I missed this step initially, but the team quickly helped fix the subscription binding issue without any extra charge or needing to subscribe again. Fast response, efficient, and professional support. 👍🏻
