You know what I noticed most? How serious this thing takes privacy. All the stuff runs locally in the browser, so my emails and files are never sent off to some third party server there’s just a direct line from my browser to Microsoft. Reversible stuff goes to Deleted Items or the recycle bin for 30 days with one tap undo and permanent stuff is clearly called out beforehand. Its nice too that i can revoke Microsoft’s access at any time it just makes the whole thing feel trustworthy !!

I've been looking for a way to free up space in my Outlook account and this extension made the process much easier. It quickly showed which emails and attachments was taking most of the storage. I also had a lot of old files in OneDrive that I forgot about and the cleanup tools helped me find large files that was using a surprising amount of space. I liked that I could review everything before deleting anything. The interface is simple and easy to understand even if you're not very technical. It took me a little time to go through all the old files but overall it worked really well. Definitely helpful if your Microsoft storage keeps getting full and you dont know where all the space is going.

I was getting those annoying storage warnings even after deleting a bunch of old emails. What I liked here was being able to see where the space was actually going before removing anything. Finding large attachments and OneDrive files in one place made cleanup much less of a guessing game, and I liked having the option to review everything first.

My Hotmail said it was full and blocked me from sending anything. I figured I'd be emptying Deleted Items for an hour again, but it showed the old drafts and giant attachments sitting in Deleted Items that I'd forgotten about, ranked by size. Approving a delete felt strange at first, though nothing goes until you say so, and it runs locally. Freed the space in minutes. I'd pass it to anyone stuck on that same warning.

Storage Cleaner is a really helpful tool for finding what is taking up space in Outlook and OneDrive. I like that it shows large files duplicate items and old attachments before deleting anything so I stay in control. Everything runs on my device which makes it feel much more private and secure. It works well and makes cleaning Microsoft storage much easier without any confusion.

Storage Cleaner is a useful extension for finding what is using space in Outlook and OneDrive. I like that it scans everything locally and lets me review the results before deleting anything. The duplicate file finder and large attachment cleanup save a lot of storage without risking important files. Overall it works smoothly and makes managing Microsoft storage much easier while keeping my data private.

My mom's OneDrive was full of screenshots and duplicates from an old Android phone syncing twice. 9 GB back without deleting a single real memory. She thinks I'm a genius, I clicked checkboxes.

Decent but the deep scan takes a while on a 90k-email mailbox. Numbers were honest though, what it said it would free matched the quota page after. Still under the limit three months later.

Set it to only touch things older than a year, protected my accountant as a sender, let it loose. Never once suggested anything flagged or important. Boring in the best way.

OneDrive was keeping every save of my thesis, like 60 versions of the same docx. Cleared 4 GB of version history. It warns you that one is permanent, no recycle bin, which I appreciated.

Drafts with attachments. DRAFTS. Half-written emails from 2015 holding 25 MB of photos each. Would never have looked there.

My Hotmail account is older than my kids. The scan found 7 GB of attachments in mail I last opened on Windows XP. Everything went to Deleted Items first, sat there while I got cold feet, then I emptied it.

Found exact duplicates I'd never catch by eye. Same vacation videos in Camera Roll and a folder my brother made. Keeps one, bins the rest. 12 GB back.
